Citizen's Advice are offering a Macmillan-funded benefits advice service for patients in Trafford (as well as Stockport, Oldham, and Rochdale). This service advises patients with cancer, as well as families and carers on benefit, grant, and blue badge entitlement, as well as helping with claims and challenging decisions. 

Patients can refer themselves to the service by phoning 0808 278 7803.  They should ask to be referred to the Macmillan Team and they will then be contacted by a caseworker within 5 working days.

Professionals can refer patients online.
