Have you changed from DLA to PIP? We need to know how it went.

We are working on a project looking at the impact of the change from Disability Living Allowance (DLA) to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) on the health and wellbeing of Trafford residents.

As part of this we have designed an online survey to collect the experiences of as many Trafford PIP claimants as possible. Please find it here:

Deadline for all responses: 10pm Sunday 19th August

We would prefer the survey to be completed online if possible, but we are able to provide a hard paper copy and a plain English version if needed.  If you would like to request a hard copy or plain English version we ask that they you let us know and provide an address by 3pm Thursday 9th August to enable us to get them sent with enough time for them to be completed and returned.

All responses will be kept anonymous, with the option for people to give an email address to receive updates on the report if they so wish.

Additionally, we would like to hear from anyone who would like to share their experience in terms of how their health and wellbeing have been affected by the PIP process as an anonymous case study. If you are interested, please contact: info@healthwatchtrafford.co.uk
